IHE's Knowledge Transfer Program
Over the years, the Institute's expertise in event organisation and management has grown to include programming. As a result, we often develop and manage knowledge transfer seminars, forums, workshops, and conferences on a range of health-related matters.
Included in this portfolio is the IHE's well-regarded Consensus Development Conference Program, which has seen us host international events on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and Depression in Adults. In 2008, the Institute also launched a series of Innovation Forums, held once or twice a year on subjects of interest to health-sector leaders and thinkers as they grapple with ways to improve the complex interactions that characterise increasingly unsustainable public health systems. Of note to health-sector leaders and policy-makers are three conferences developed and held by IHE in winter/spring 2011 on behalf of Alberta Health Services (AHS) in collaboration with Alberta Health and Wellness. Becoming the Best: Building Sustainability were designed to support the AHS Strategic Health Needs Assessment and Service Design 2030 Project.
Other single events of interest are also included here. For more information on attending future IHE KT events, or to inquire about having us develop and run a conference for your organisation, please contact us at info@ihe.ca.
